The Blak Markets: Sunday 21 September

The Blak Markets will be on Sunday 21 September at the corner of Lower Fort St at Dawes Point Park, right under the Sydney Harbour Bridge.  

The Blak Markets is proudly supported by The Rocks and are a great opportunity to purchase authentic and unique gifts, knowing that 100% of the profits go back to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. 

Meet the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander stall holders who are creating authentic, original and affordable Aboriginal artworks, beauty products, jewellery and unique homewares. You can also experience Indigenous culture through dance, singing and weaving workshops for everyone to join in. 

The Blak Markets is a social enterprise of First Hand Solutions that provides First Nations artists, designers and small business owners a live marketplace. Established 10 years ago, Blak Markets shares artistic heritage with vibrant and colourful marketplace celebrating First Nations Culture and performance.  

The Blak Markets will be held at Dawes Point, with the Festival program running alongside the stalls.
