This September, Sydney Fringe is proud to present an APRA AMCOS sponsored event with Redfern Community Centre. Redfern will play host to a day full of music, culture and coming together, not just FOR the community, but also WITH their community. Featured artists will include Radical Son, Marcus Corowa and Green Hand Band.

The Redfern Community Centre seeks to not only create, but also strengthen social links through shared recreational and cultural pursuits. With a strong focus on music, art, culture and community events, we believe it is the perfect setting for the Fringe to host a day celebrating independent indigenous music and creative achievements. Located just a 2 minute walk from Redfern Station, the space is the cultural hub of Redfern, housing the communities growing creative and cultural talents.

This is the perfect opportunity to enjoy an outdoor Fringe event and soak up the spring warmth. The day will see performances by three indigenous bands, a jumping castle for the kids and food trucks, all for free. Bring your friends, bring your family, bring a picnic rug and come enjoy and support the talents of our local indigenous artists and connect with others in your community.

When: Saturday 12 September 2-6pm

Where: Redfern Community Centre 29-53 Hugo Street Redfern
